• All prices are quoted in US dollars, FOB Brush Prairie, WA.

Payment Policy
• All transactions are strictly COD.

• We are able to accept payment via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. 

Right of Refusal
• We must reserve the right to refuse restoration of any unit considered by our company as unfit for restoration.

Freight policy
• Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Unless specified,  return shipment will be via FedEx Ground Service.

Factory turnaround time

Please note the following delivery information in regard to your restoration project requirements:

• Dashboard Pads and Door Panels: Our current factory turnaround for professional restoration is 6-8 weeks, however, we will make every effort to improve that whenever possible.
  

Warranty
• We offer our customers a 100% guarantee against faulty workmanship and materials. 

• Goods returned under warranty must be forwarded at the customers' expense, and securely packaged. Return freight will be prepaid.

• All claims must be authorized by the company, in writing, prior to return of the unit.
